Joe has an honours degree in Engineering, and MBA and a Lean Black Belt. He started work in manufacturing and moved onto various product development and technical leadership roles in a range of multinational companies.
For the last 16 years he has worked as a consultant for a wide variety of clients to improve their manufacturing, service, and innovation performance. He has lectured on the topic on lean, six sigma and performance improvement. He has been Programme Director for the UCC Diploma in Food Manufacturing Management since February 2016.
