Meal Preparation Private Label / Contract Manufacturer of the Year
This award recognises private label / contract manufacturers who have demonstrated exceptional performance in manufacturing staple foods, including, but not limited to, pasta sauces, dried & fresh pasta, noodles & grains, vegetables & legumes, condiments, herbs & spices, rice, and cooking oils.
Entry is by a 5 A4 page PDF submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by facts that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.
Organisation background: Provide a brief description of the organisation e.g. when it was established; relevant industry achievements, accreditations, certifications; an indication of your turnover over the last three years; key accounts & partnerships.
Outstanding Achievement: Provide a brief description of significant projects undertaken over the past 18 months and why you think they were exceptional.
Business Growth: Please detail significant and specific activities that have contributed to business growth. E.g. a specific investment, research & development, people development or expansion, or any other significant activity.
Innovativeness: Please include details of any unique efforts or processes that have been employed, outlining their significance.
Operational Excellence: Outline steps taken by the organisation to boost operational performance, including any resulting tangible benefits to your clients. Please provide details of your maintenance of schedule. Please also highlight any Health & Safety initiatives introduced.
Customer Service: Describe how high-quality service is provided to all clients, how you meet their needs and deadlines, including how customer satisfaction is measured and initiatives to improve it.
